Mid Ohio Regional Planning Commission (MORPC) and their Center for Energy & Environment are the lead organizations for county and municipal sustainable and responsible planning. They thoroughly research and examine requests made to the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio that affect your gas, electric, and telephone rates.
